Meet Our Founding Partner
Jackie Cubiburu, Partner
Jackie Cubiburu earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Accounting and Finance, and then went directly to work as an Accountant. Her experience includes working as a Controller for an agricultural company, followed by a position as a Corporate Intercompany Accounting Manager at a large Healthcare organization.
Eight years in the Accounting industry brought Jackie to recognize the great need for a placement firm that would bring actual industry experience to the table. She worked for two of the leading national search firms throughout her 25+ years of recruiting, Robert Half International and Management Recruiters International. During this time, Jackie has worked exclusively with accounting and finance professionals within the Greater Sacramento Area. This combined experience in accounting and recruiting has been the key to her success. During her tenure with these leading firms, Jackie was consistently ranked in the Top 10% of recruiters nationwide. Due to her tenure and experience, she has an extensive network in the accounting and finance community in Northern California. Jackie attributes her success to her ethics, hard work, and her determination to find the “perfect fit” for both candidate and client!
